A beauty Boost
The Well Clinic Notting Hill: The London Wellness Space That Actually Delivers

A calm, considered approach to beauty and wellbeing in the heart of Notting Hill, where subtle, effective treatments take priority over quick fixes.

Tucked just off Westbourne Grove, The Well Clinic feels exactly as the name suggests. Calm and considered, it’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately exhale. This isn’t somewhere chasing trends or pushing treatments you don’t need. Instead, there’s a strong sense that everything here has been carefully curated, from the practitioners to the treatments themselves. It’s wellness, but without the hard sell or slightly intimidating edge that some London clinics can have.
There’s a genuinely holistic approach at play, with everything from advanced facials to osteopathy and nutritional therapy sitting alongside more aesthetic-led treatments. It feels thoughtful, refreshingly unflashy, and has a friendly local vibe. What stands out most is the level of expertise. You’re not just booking in for a treatment; you’re having a proper conversation about what might actually work for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, which in this space feels increasingly rare.

I experienced their EndyMed treatment, which is designed to stimulate collagen through radiofrequency technology. It’s one of those treatments that sits firmly in the “results-driven but non-invasive” category, working beneath the surface to tighten and smooth without any drastic downtime. The treatment itself is surprisingly comfortable (although that could be down to the numbing cream!), more of a deep, warming sensation than anything intense, and afterwards skin feels immediately firmer and more lifted. It’s subtle, but in a good way. The kind of result where you look fresher, not different. Delivered by the lovely Dr Dara, I felt in very safe hands.
Building on that same philosophy of working with your skin rather than against it, The Well also offers their Eye Revival, powered by the AgeJET system. Now, I’ll be honest, anything involving “plasma technology” initially sounds slightly sci-fi, but the results speak for themselves. Unlike more traditional treatments that only target small areas of the skin, this works across the full structure, stimulating collagen, tightening and restoring elasticity without damaging the surface. In simple terms, it’s about encouraging your skin to behave like it did a few years ago, rather than forcing it into something it’s not.
The focus here is the delicate eye area, where everything tends to soften, drop or look a little more tired than we feel. The treatment lifts and tightens around the brow and lids, giving that subtle but noticeable “you look well” effect, rather than anything obvious or overdone. It’s the kind of tweak that makes you look more awake, more polished, just… better. There’s a similar approach with the Lip Revival, which is all about enhancing what’s already there. No overfilling, no drastic change, just a gentle boost in volume, contour and colour through natural collagen production. Think quietly plumper, rather than obviously “done”.
What I particularly like is that all of these treatments are designed to work with your skin, not against it. Whether it’s radiofrequency or plasma technology, the aim is to stimulate natural regeneration rather than override it. It’s also reassuring to know that these technologies are considered safer than many alternatives, with a lower risk of textural changes or scarring. Results build over time too, continuing to improve for months after treatment, which makes it feel like a proper investment rather than a quick fix.
Ultimately, what makes The Well Clinic stand out is its balance. It manages to feel both highly knowledgeable and completely approachable, offering results-driven treatments without losing sight of the bigger picture. In a city full of clinics promising everything, this is one that quietly gets on with delivering it.
The Eye Revival and Lip Revival are priced at £650 per session, or £1,755 for a course of three, with treatments taking around 45 minutes.
