Québec:
Wellness and
Local Flavours
Canada just has it all – cool cities packed with culture alongside the most beautiful countryside imaginable. I visited wonderful Québec and it had IT ALL.

As a Londoner, I’m used to moving fast between galleries, markets ,cafés and bars, so arriving in Montreal, Québec, felt like a welcome invitation to slow down and savour life at a gentler pace.
Museums, river cruises, shopping by day and Incredible international cuisine, Cirque de Soleil and fireworks by night, I happily soaked up a culture that feels both European and distinctly North American. Beyond the city, pristine forests, thermal spas and whisper-quiet wellness retreats reminded me how restorative travel can be. Between a floating spa session and a plate of locally foraged flavours, it became clear that Québec invites you to feel rather than rush – a welcome contrast to London life.
